Alladin Air introduces the SFL–2E series. These steam generators incorperate the functional design‚ and all the time honored features of the SFL series such as stainless steel inner canister‚ water pressure safety switch‚ drain‚ and low voltage controls which have made that series the leader in the industry.
But that is just part of the story‚ after thousands of hours of research and development under some of the most severe‚ hard water conditions‚ we have teken that design one step further. With innovations such as dual circuitry for optimun flexability in control‚ our external float mechanism for maximum reliability and serviceability‚ and of course our exclusive dual purpose steam bath/humidification system.
Whatever your application‚ selecting an Alladin Air steam generator is the first step to ensuring your project or renovation is done right.
Steam Generator Selection
To select the proper size of steam generator‚ calculate the cubic footage in the following manner:
1. Depth X Width X Height = Cubic Footage. Do not deduct for seating.
2. Adjustments to cubic footage calculation for wall and ceiling material:
Acrylic or Fiberglass No Adjustment
Ceramic tile‚ Cultured marble +100%
Glass or Glass block wall +30%
Natural Stone (marble‚ onyx‚ slate‚ etc.) +100%
Steam lines over 20ft. (insulate heavily) +25%
Cast Iron Tub +25%
Exterior walls subject to freezing +50%
3. Use the unit selection guide below and select your required KW capacity based
on your previous calculations from step 2.
| Unit Selection Guide | ||||||||||
| Required Capacity KW | 1.5 | 2.0 | 3.0 | 4.0 | 5.0 | 6.0 | 7.0 | 8.0 | 9.0 | 10.0 |
| Max. Room Volume Cubic Feet | 60 | 80 | 100 | 140 | 180 | 220 | 250 | 300 | 350 | 400 |
Each steam room is unique. The above information is a recommendation only. Because of variables in construction‚ these sizing instructions should be considered guidelines only. Your distributor or Alladin–Air will review the model selected provided we receive complete information including construction details.
4. Select your appropriate unit from the capacity table by matching the Input
Capacity & Required Capacity from step 3.
